Our Services

At Evervital Care LLC, we provide non-medical, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our caregivers assist with the everyday activities of daily living — as much or as little as your family needs, on an hourly basis (4-hour minimum) up to around-the-clock support.
Everything we do is non-medical personal care and companionship. For any medical or skilled-nursing needs, we’re glad to help your family coordinate with the appropriate licensed medical providers.

In private duty home health care, medication reminding is a critical component that ensures patients take their prescribed medications safely and effectively in the comfort of their homes. Our caregivers provide medication reminders. When medications have been pre-selected by your loved one, a family member, a nurse, or a pharmacist and stored in a clearly labeled medication minder, our caregivers can:

  • Remind your loved one when it’s time to take their medication
  • Verbally prompt and encourage them.
  • Hand them the correctly labeled container, and open it if they can’t.

If a caregiver notices anything unusual such as a missed dose, or medication taken too often, they report it promptly to our supervising office so your family stays informed.

Our caregivers provide everyday help, so clients stay clean, comfortable, and confident in their own homes. This is non-medical personal care, offered with attention to each person’s dignity and preferences.

We assist with:

  • Hair care: washing, combing, and everyday styling.
  • Skin care: gentle cleansing and moisturizing to keep skin healthy and comfortable.
  • Oral hygiene: help with brushing and routine denture care.
  • Nail care: basic cleaning to keep hands and feet tidy.
  • Bathing: bathing within non-medical limits and your loved one’s comfort and safety.
  • Dressing: We assist with ordinary clothing and application of support stockings of the type that can be purchased without a physician’s prescription.

For any need beyond routine personal care, we’re glad to help your family coordinate with the appropriate licensed medical providers.

Staying steady on your feet is one of the biggest keys to staying independent at home. A little support at the right moment can be the difference between a confident day and a worried one.

Our mobility support gives your loved one a steady, attentive presence as they move through their day. Our caregivers offer encouragement and a helping hand so getting up, getting around, and getting out feels safer and more assured, at home and out in the community.

What mobility support helps with:

  • Standby assistance while walking around the home
  • A steadying hand rising from a chair or bed
  • Support using a walker, cane, or wheelchair
  • Keeping pathways clear and safe to move through
  • A reassuring presence on stairs and in the bathroom
  • Company and support on walks and outings

We focus on safety, confidence, and independence. It does not include physical therapy or rehabilitation.

Some days, the most valuable thing isn’t a task. It’s presence. A familiar face at the door. Someone to share coffee and conversation, ride along to an appointment, or simply be there so no one spends the day alone.

Our companionship service pairs your loved one with a consistent caregiver who shows up, learns their routine, and fits into their day rather than taking it over. Your family member stays in charge of their own home and habits. The support just makes the day a little easier and a lot less lonely.

What a companion caregiver helps with:

  • Conversation and company throughout the day.
  • Accompaniment to appointments, errands, and outings.
  • Meal preparation and shared meals.
  • Help with phones, mail, and everyday technology.
  • Light hobbies, walks, and favorite activities.
  • A watchful, caring eye on safety and daily well-being.

Keeping the body moving is one of the best ways to stay strong, steady, and independent at home. Even gentle daily activity can lift the spirit as much as it helps the body.

EverVital Care’s staying active support gives your loved one a friendly, encouraging partner for the movement that keeps them well. Our caregivers help make an approved routine part of the day, offering company, motivation, and a steady presence so it feels less like a chore and more like time well spent.

What staying active support helps with:

  • Encouragement to follow a doctor or therapist approved routine
  • Company and motivation during gentle daily movement
  • A steadying presence during stretches and walks
  • Reminders and gentle prompting to stay consistent
  • Support getting to and from activities and classes
  • A positive, patient partner who celebrates small wins

Staying active support is non-medical. It does not include physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, or any prescribed exercise program. Our caregivers encourage and support activity that has already been approved by your loved one’s doctor or therapist.

A good meal is about more than nutrition. It is a warm plate, a familiar routine, and company at the table. For someone living alone, mealtimes can be the loneliest part of the day, or a comforting highlight of it.

Our meal support helps your loved one enjoy well-prepared meals and pleasant company at the table. Our caregivers handle the shopping, cooking, and cleanup, and stay to share the meal so eating feels social and unhurried rather than solitary.

What meal support helps with:

  • Planning and preparing balanced, appealing meals
  • Grocery shopping and keeping the kitchen stocked
  • Setting the table and getting the meal ready
  • Warm company and conversation at mealtimes
  • Gentle encouragement to eat and stay hydrated
  • Cleanup and tidying after the meal

Meal support is non-medical and focused on nourishment, routine, and companionship at the table. It does not include specialized care for swallowing difficulties or other clinical dietary needs.

Staying comfortable matters, especially for someone who spends much of the day in a bed or chair. A gentle shift in position at the right time brings real relief and a better, more restful day.

Our caregiver helps your loved one stay comfortable and at ease throughout the day. Our certified caregivers assist with changing position, shifting in a bed or chair, and moving safely when the client is able to identify either verbally, non-verbally, or through others when the position needs to be changed, always with a careful, respectful touch and full attention to your loved one’s comfort and dignity.

What positioning support helps with:

  • Help shifting position in a bed or chair
  • Assistance turning and settling comfortably
  • Safe, supported transfers using proper equipment
  • A gentle, unhurried approach at every step
  • Attention to comfort, alignment, and ease
  • Respect for privacy and dignity throughout

All of our caregivers are trained to assist safely and with care. Positioning support is provided as part of our in-home care services.

Help with bathroom needs is among the most personal kinds of care, and it is offered with the utmost respect for privacy and dignity. Our certified caregivers provide this support gently and discreetly, so your loved one feels comfortable and cared for.

What toileting and incontinence care helps with:

  • Assistance to and from the bathroom
  • Support with bedpans, urinals, and commodes
  • Perineal care for cleanliness and comfort
  • Changing clothing and incontinence pads as needed
  • A calm, respectful, and discreet approach
  • Careful attention to privacy and dignity throughout

All of our caregivers are trained to provide this care safely and respectfully. Toileting and incontinence care is provided as part of our in-home care services.

Moving safely from one place to another is part of staying comfortable and independent at home. A steady, capable hand at the right moment makes getting up, sitting down, and settling in feel secure rather than risky.

Our certified caregivers assist your loved one with transfers, moving to and from a chair, bed, or wheelchair, when the client can reliably participate and direct the transfer. We take a careful, unhurried approach, always with full attention to safety, comfort, and dignity.

What transfer support helps with:

  • Moving to and from a chair, bed, or wheelchair
  • A steady, supportive presence at every step
  • A calm, unhurried pace led by the client
  • Safe use of adaptive and safety equipment
  • Attention to comfort and secure footing
  • Respect for privacy and dignity throughout

Adaptive and safety equipment may be used during transfers; transfers are performed step by step. Such equipment may include wheelchairs, tub seats, grab bars, and gait belts used as a safety device. All of our caregivers are trained to assist safely and with care. Transfer support is provided as part of our in-home care services.

If services include use of the client’s personal funds:

The Agency will obtain an authorization from the client/responsible party, for access to personal funds when grocery or other shopping services are to be provided and when those services include assistance with bill paying or any activities, such as shopping, that involve access to or use of client funds.
